Kickboxing HIIT Workout (In Person, Outdoor)

This group will perform a 25-30 min HIIT (High Intensity-Interval Training) workout with a kickboxing twist! All fitness levels are welcome! We will be praying after each workout. This group will meet at Cooper River Park.
