Couch to 5K Run/Walk


Is it time to get off the couch and get moving? We will gently and spiritually work our way up to 5k distance.  It's not easy to run/walk alone.  We will run (outdoors) in socially distanced groups (3x per week) or you can follow along virtually and run your own time.
