Beginner WOWorkouts (Women, In Person, Indoor)
This group is going to be for women who want to work out together while being in community! Together, we will focus on cardio exercises and basic weightlifting-strengthening of our bodies to meet our fitness goals. Group members will need to bring a water bottle with them.
